1. General Policies

a. Service Area

We serve customers within Greater Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. If you are outside this area, please contact us to discuss potential arrangements.

b. Business Hours

Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Weekend and holiday appointments are available upon request and may incur additional charges.


2. Consultation and Estimates

a. Free Consultation

We offer a free initial consultation to discuss your rental needs and provide a preliminary estimate.

b. Detailed Estimates

After the initial consultation, we will provide a detailed written estimate outlining the rental duration, unit type, service frequency, and any additional costs. This estimate is valid for 30 days.


3. Contracts and Payments

a. Rental Agreement

A signed contract is required before delivery of any washroom rentals. The contract will include the rental terms, payment schedule, and other relevant details.

b. Payment Terms

  • A deposit of 50% is required upon signing the rental agreement.
  • Remaining payments will be scheduled based on the rental duration.
  • Final payment is due upon contract completion.

c. Payment Methods

We accept payments via cash, check, e-transfer, and major credit cards.


4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

a. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled rental start date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
  • Cancellations made more than 7 days but less than 30 days before the scheduled start date will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date will forfeit the entire deposit.

b. Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred dates.


5. Warranty and Service

a. Cleanliness & Maintenance

We take pride in providing clean and well-maintained washroom trailers. Each unit is thoroughly sanitized before delivery. For long-term rentals, regular service visits can be scheduled.

b. Repairs & Malfunctions

If a washroom trailer experiences a malfunction, please contact us immediately. We will dispatch a technician for urgent repairs or provide a replacement unit if necessary.


6. Liability and Insurance

a. Liability

Dynamic Washroom Rentals is fully insured for liability. However, customers must have their own insurance to cover any damages, theft, or accidents related to the rented washroom trailers. We are not responsible for damages caused by misuse, vandalism, or external factors beyond our control.

b. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate space for delivery and placement of washroom trailers. Any required permits for placing units on public property must be secured by the customer.


7. Privacy Policy

a. Customer Information

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for rental arrangements and will not be shared with third parties.
